In our hierarchical society we are conditioned, from before we are even born, to believe that we are separate and alone. Even worse, many of us lost our connection to supportive ancestral traditions when our ancestors were cut off from their ancient land based beliefs due to white supremacy, colonization, violence, assimilation, and more. Underneath our sense of isolation can be a deep longing for connection and nourishment in the world. I can help you rediscover and relearn how to connect to yourself, to the earth, to the mystery, and to others through spiritual practices that can support us through all of life’s joys and sorrows.
